Citizen Portal and paying online. A real Nation's portal handles enrollment records, utility billing and benefit applications behind a login. This demonstration has no login and takes no payments, because nothing here is real and nothing should be typed into it.

Paying the Nation
Utility bills, rent and court fees are paid at the Administration Building window, by post, or by phone with the department that issued them.
If a bill is more than you can pay this month, ring the department before the due date rather than after. Utilities and Housing both run payment plans and neither of them can help once an account is in arrears.
